Northern Manhatan / The Heights Webring

The Washington Heights and Inwood Development Corporation
WHIDC (pronounced Widik) is a not-for-profit organization set up in 1978 to serve residents and businesses in the Washington Heights and Inwood sections of northern Manhattan. It focuses on the commercial revitalization of these two areas.
